Different products appeal to different demographics... seems like Common Sense right? Most organizations offer more than one product or service and engage on multiple platforms. The trick is understanding what works and what doesn't. After all - you don't need what you already have (as long as you use data to make the most of it).
In our experience, understanding the customer journey means taking your data to form real conclusions to act upon, which then provides you the opportunity to build a road map towards growth and reaching more of your most valuable potential customers.
We came across this post 'Unlocking Big Data' from Socially Stacked on making the most of the information you get from your data analytics to gain insight on who your audience is and what they like most about you - and we couldn't agree more.
If you don't already have the proper analytics and tracking in place, the question is why not? Some of the many strengths our Senior Digital Strategist Anne Scharlow has includes unlocking big data, making it fun, and giving you the tools to learn about your audience.
