Different products appeal to different demographics... seems like Common Sense right? Most organizations offer more than one product or service and engage on multiple platforms. The trick is understanding what works and what doesn't. After all - you don't need what you already have (as long as you use data to make the most of it).
In our experience, understanding the customer journey means taking your data to form real conclusions to act upon, which then provides you the opportunity to build a road map towards growth and reaching more of your most valuable potential customers.
