Common Sense Chief Operating Officer, Stephanie Finn, was invited to the Spice4Life headquarters as part of their 'Guru Friday' series last week.
Spice4Life assists entrepreneurs (specifically women) in building their brand architecture and communications strategies to grow their business vision. Their Young Talent Internship Programme includes both local and global students looking to grow their careers and gain valuable professional experience.
Stephanie spoke with the Young Talent about the value of being passionate about what you do, knowing how your personal story can positively influence your career, and the importance of working for a company with a vision.
She especially highlighted part of her main motivation for moving to Cape Town to head our office was to bring together a team of talented South Africans who can manage and execute projects for clients around the world -- after all she has told us one of her favorite quotes is from former US president Harry Truman: "It's amazing what you can accomplish when you don't care who gets the credit."
As Common Sense aims to be the fastest growing branding and marketing group in South Africa, our whole team looks forward to continuing to meet similarly like-minded organizations who are passionate about making change happen.
